When is the RSVP deadline?

Can I attend the welcome party?

Answer

Absolutely YES. It’s open for everyone! Kyle and I would love for you to join us on our sunset cruise to kick off wedding weekend and see the lovely scenery Chattanooga has to offer! The cruise reservation link can be found in our travel tab on the wedding website. Please book for Friday October 20th, 2023 at 6pm. The cruise is $35 a person with food and drink available for purchase.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event excluding the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! We appreciate your understanding.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear suit and tie or tux. Dress warm and no jeans please!

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Yes we have two hotel blocks in two different locations. There is a block at the SpringHill Suites Chattanooga North/Ooltewah to be closer to the venue, as well as a block at the Holiday Inn & Suites Chattanooga Downtown, an IHG Hotel located in downtown Chattanooga. Please book these hotels by September 20th to secure the group rate in the block.

Is there onsite parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot directly in front of our venue that is available.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors with weather permitting. The reception will take place both inside and outside.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony with no phone or cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like!
