Semi-formal, black-tie optional, or festive attire.... you pick! We encourage everyone to dress to impress, it's New Year's Eve after all!
Please RSVP online by December 7th, 2022 by clicking on the RSVP page and entering the full name of one guest in your party. You will then be able to indicate who in your party will be attending, any necessary dietary requirements, and request your favorite songs for the wedding reception.
Rooms have been reserved at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and Hyatt Regency Hotel & Conference Center, which are both located in Coralville about 5-10 minutes from the wedding venue. More information and reservation links can be found on the Accommodations page.
While we adore your children, our venue does not have room for all your little ones. Therefore our ceremony and reception is for adults only unless the child is specifically named on the RSVP card.
We recommend arriving around 6:45 pm to allow yourself enough time to get settled before the ceremony begins at 7 pm!
There is a large parking lot in front of the venue that is free and will be available for over-night parking.
There will be a second wedding occurring at our venue, so please be courteous to other guests and remain in areas designated for the Kucera-Thalacker wedding. There will be appropriate signage to direct you to the correct wedding hall.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony and are asking all guests to refrain from using any electronic devices in order to be fully present with us during this special time.
Although we will not be serving a formal meal, there will be light snacks available during cocktail hour followed by plenty of hors d'oeuvres and dessert.
If so, please locate the RSVP page of the website, enter your full name, and then submit any information you wish to share on the appropriate lines.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, there will be a wedding card box and a small gift table at our reception.
The reception will end shortly after midnight, but not of course until we get a chance to ring in the new year!
