Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will host a golf outing the day before the wedding and a welcome party later that day. Then the day after the wedding we will be hanging around our favorite pub - it's an Irish tradition - so please come by before leaving town! If you'd like to know more details please check out the Schedule tab

Will it be an Open Bar?

Answer

Traditionally in Ireland, weddings don't host an "open bar". So please expect a cash bar (yes they will take cards). During our cocktail hour, there will be some signature cocktails, beers, brandy and baileys provided. Dinner will include wine

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please only RSVP for those addressed on the invitation. This will be an adult evening and a very long day. If you do see a couple of 9-month-old babies, those are Katie's newest niece Elizabeth, and nephew Matthew. They are adorable and love to smile so please say hi.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You will be ordering your food at the table - so please let your server know of any allergies! If there is anything else specific please let us know. They will have vegetarian options available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? And is there parking?

Answer

Great news! It's all at the same location. And yes there will be parking available for those that want to drive

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You can stay at our venue! There is a wedding block - just mention our names. BUT We highly recommend an Airbnb/VRBO or a Bed and Breakfast in Killarney. Our Wedding Ceremony/Reception is right in the middle of town so uber/taxi/walk to another place to stay is extremely convenient.
