We are asking that you RSVP by Monday 4th January 2021. Your invitation will tell you all the ways in which you can RSVP however, the easiest way is right here on our website. Just go to the RSVP section, enter your name and complete the online RSVP form. If you have not sent your RSVP by the 4th January we will presume you can't make it. We hope you can be there to celebrate with us!
Our Ceremony will be commencing at 4pm. We are asking that you arrive by 3.30pm to allow time to make your way to the ceremony and get a good spot before we start.
Yes. Both our ceremony and reception will be taking place at Jaspers Berry
Yes there is a dress code of formal attire, with black tie invited. Ladies, a long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress. Men, a tuxedo or suit and tie
Due to our venue capacity and the size of our guest list we are only allowing guests specifically listed on the invitation to attend. If you have been allowed a date/guest that person will be formally invited on your invitation. Please don't show up with someone we haven't specifically invited as there won't be a set place or meal organised for them.
Whilst we love your children our wedding will be an adults only one, with the exception of the children in our bridal party. Our venue has very strict rules around children attending and the requirements for their care throughout the day that makes it difficult and costly for parents to bring them. We hope with this much notice if you do have children, that you are able to find a babysitter and enjoy a well deserved night out to celebrate with us!
Our ceremony will be an unplugged one. We have an amazing photographer to capture our day. We would love for you all to put your phones away to be totally present in the moment with us as we get married and allow him to do his thing. Feel free to take as many pictures as you like once our ceremony is over and the celebrations have begun!
There is some parking at the venue but it is limited. We are encouraging guests that are staying nearby to make use of taxis/ubers to get to the venue so the parking can be reserved for those guests that are driving to and from on the day.
We will be having an open bar of wine, beer and spirits; as well as a couple signature cocktails. Our wedding will be heavily photographed so any drunken antics will be captured and shown for years to come!
If you have an allergy there is an allocated place for you to let us know when you RSVP if you do so on the website. If you choose to RSVP in an alternative way please make sure you do let us know so we can pass the information on to our venue and can ensure you are catered for
As our venue is a bit of a drive for most people we are encouraging you to book accommodation nearby and make a weekend of it! Please see the accommodation section on the website for some suggested places to stay close to our venue
The best gift we could ask for is your company at our wedding, however should you wish to give us a gift a wishing well will be available at the reception for your contribution and best wishes.
We understand sometimes things happen. If you are no longer able to join us please let us know as soon as possible so our venue can adjust numbers.
