The New Orleans Museum of Art is located inside of City Park. The Park is also home to the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden, the New Orleans Botanical Garden, Couturie Forest and Arboretum, the Louisiana Children’s Museum, and the largest grove of mature live oaks in the world, some of which are nearly 800 years old. The Park’s 1,300 acres make it one of the largest urban parks in the United States.
