New Orleans Streetcar
Check out the link to see city routes or download the RTA GoMobile 2.0 mobile app. You can get to a majority of the sites below using the streetcars - you just might be a few minutes late! A one-way ride is $1.25, a one-day pass is $3. Exact change is required if you do not have the RTA mobile app.
The National WWII Museum
Through exhibits, multimedia experiences, and thousands of personal accounts, the Museum takes visitors on an immersive tour of World War II in every theater of war.
New Orleans Museum of Art
The New Orleans Museum of Art is located inside of City Park. The Park is also home to the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden, the New Orleans Botanical Garden, Couturie Forest and Arboretum, the Louisiana Children’s Museum, and the largest grove of mature live oaks in the world, some of which are nearly 800 years old. The Park’s 1,300 acres make it one of the largest urban parks in the United States.
Haunted History Tours
Choose from a haunted history tour in the French Quarter, or a tour of New Orleans' most famous cemeteries, or take a guided walking tour though the Garden District and learn about 1800s residential architecture and history.
Bayou Paddlesports
This is one of our favorite activities! Bring a small cooler of drinks to set on your paddleboard or kayak and take a self guided tour of the Bayou St. John neighborhood. Located near by is Finn McCool's Irish Pub and City Park (home to the New Orleans Museum of Art and Sculpture Garden).
Magazine Street
Magazine Street is a 4 mile stretch packed with restaurants, shopping, and antiques. You can easily spend an entire afternoon eating, drinking, and shopping in one of the more historic neighborhoods in New Orleans outside of the French Quarter. This is where the locals go!
Pêche Seafood Grill
In 2014, Chef Ryan Prewitt was honored with a James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: South. That same year Pêche won a James Beard award for Best New Restaurant in America.

Coquette offers contemporary southern cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced product and international inspiration. Coquette sources local ingredients from both Paradigm Gardens and their own rooftop herb garden.
Jack Rose
Jack Rose is a lively concept inside New Orleans’ historic Pontchartrain Hotel, alongside Hot Tin and Bayou Bar. Hot Tin is the premier rooftop cocktail lounge atop the Pontchartrain Hotel. The Bayou Bar located downstairs is known for local jazz each night Tuesday through Saturday.
Brennan's
