We have a room block reserved. The discounted rates are as follows: Lake Tower: $459+/night Park Tower: $369+/night North Wing: $299+/night Rooms in our block must be reserved by August, 20 2023 to receive the discounted rate. Please note, the hotel may sell out prior to the deadline. Book as early as possible! The link only covers Friday & Saturday night. If you wish to reserve pre or post dates, call the Reservations Dept at 800-688-5253 for assistance. As a heads up, we were told the North Wing is not worth the price (apparently your view is of an interior hallway) and that you get more bang for your buck at other hotels or rentals in the area. Check in is at 4pm and unfortunately early check in is not guaranteed so if you are planning to stay the night of the wedding, we recommend you stay Friday night too (then you are also walking distance to the welcome party!).

There are lots of rental properties in Coeur d'Alene (the town itself is small and easy to get around). We recommend staying as close to downtown and the Coeur d'Alene Resort as possible.

There are lots of hotel options at all price points in Coeur d'Alene! 'One Lakeside' is another great hotel option across the street from the Coeur d'Alene Resort. There are cute BnB's within walking distance, 'Blackwell Hotel' & 'Roosevelt Inn' are worth checking out! We recommend being as close to downtown and the Coeur d'Alene Resort as possible, as that's where all the festivities will be taking place. You can walk, Uber, or drive wherever you need to be! Booking.com is a great place to compare and book hotels and rentals (I like using the map search feature).

Coeur D'Alene Inn (Best Western Plus)

This is the sister property of the Coeur d'Alene Resort where we also have a room block. It is on the other side of the highway so it's not the most ideal location but we are holding rooms in case everything in town books out (book as early as possible!). $279.00 plus a 5% surcharge & 8.4% tax Call to book: 800-251-7829 They will hold rooms until 30 days prior to the arrival date. Hotel may continue to accept reservations from group attendees after the release date at the group rate subject to availability.

Spokane International Airport (GEG)

The closest airport to Coeur d'Alene is Spokane International Airport in Spokane, Washington (where we live!). It's a 40 minute drive from the airport to the Coeur d'Alene Resort. If you're staying at the Coeur d'Alene Resort, you can arrange a roundtrip shuttle to and from Spokane airport for $79 a person, or $50 one way. This service is available with 48 hour advanced reservations. Note that an Uber costs around $100 from the airport to Coeur d'Alene, although there are limited Ubers around the airport.

We recommend using the free app Hopper to track prices alerts for your flights. Set up app alerts to notify you when to book (when prices are the lowest). It will also notify you when flight prices start to rise. Keep in mind that sometimes the lowest price alerts might be for a ridiculous flight that you don't actually want to take (like on Spirit Air with a 10 hour layover).
