When should I anticipate my invitation?

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 1st, 2023 (but the sooner the better!) :) The link to RSVP is in your virtual invitation (and also accessed on this site)

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Elevated cocktail attire - dress to impress! Think dresses, rompers, and suits. Stilettos are NOT recommended as the ceremony is on grass and ferry transportation requires walking on a dock.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged ferry transport from Coeur d'Alene Resort dock to the wedding venue (Hagadone Event Center). Charter buses will take guests back to the resort and to the after party in town, should you wish to continue the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Catching our ferry transportation will ensure that you arrive on time. If you are not taking the ferry, aim to be at the venue by 4pm! Grab a welcome drink and your seat - the ceremony starts at 4:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Yes! There is free overnight parking at Hagadone Event Center.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event.
