Chris and Kristine met as freshman at Denison University. Both members of the a cappella group, DUwop, Krissy and Chris became close friends during their sophomore year. Through play & musical performances, spring break trips, studying for classes, and fueled by many cups of coffee, Krissy and Chris fell in love on Denison's beautiful campus in Granville, Ohio. They were lucky enough to be surrounded by the best group of friends (The Stoop Kids) throughout their college years. After college, Krissy moved to Detroit, Michigan and was joined by Chris in 2015. Chris and Krissy loved exploring this vibrant and exciting city. Their favorite activities included spending time with their amazing roommates in the Stack House, becoming budding foodies at new restaurants, and running their first half marathon! When Krissy was accepted into a clinical psychology doctoral program at West Virginia University, the couple packed up and moved out to Morgantown. Krissy and Chris have spent the last 4 years balancing adventures with new friends (camping, hiking, international trips), the ever-busy schedules of graduate school, and taking over the Pittsburgh & Philadelphia theater scenes. Krissy and Chris are so excited to share their day with all the wonderful people who have been a part of their journey.
