When do I need to book my hotel reservation?

Answer

All booking must be completed by no later then mid-January. Rooms types are subject to availability. We recommend booking early with Samantha.

How long can I make my stay?

Answer

All guests are welcome to arrive early and enjoy Excellence Punta Cana before June 9th. All guests are respectfully asked depart no later then June 12th. The couple will be staying for their honeymoon and request your understanding and privacy.

Can I book directly with the hotel or through Expedia?

Answer

All guests must book a minimum of a three day stay. All booking must be done with the couples wedding coordinator Samantha Bonilla. 917-520-6796

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we respectfully request no children at our wedding and reception as Excellence, Punta Cana is an adults only resort. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having a mini vacation for yourselves!

If you were invited with a plus one ” then yes. If not, we will not be able to accommodate you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is “beach chic.” Dressy casual attire. We request no dark or black colors. Fancy flip flops welcome!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors. We will enjoy the tropical views and vibes. Please plan accordingly.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks during the cocktail hour. The reception will feature a delicious dinner, dessert, and includes an open bar.
