Nicole and Gabriel met like so many couples do these days. With the chance to swipe right and a perfectly timed message. Gabriel stood out to Nicole because he asked for a simple date at Coney Island, to dance under the fireworks and get to know each other. Nicole stood out to Gabriel because of her genuine heart, beautiful smile and a request to go to Roll n Roaster. Unfortunately, the weather had other rainy plans and the two shared a Marvel filled movie first date and of course RnR's famous fries. Nicole and Gabe both felt an immediate connection to the other. Dates were filled with laughter, comfort, and two big Gemini attitudes. Dates turned into days, months into years and partners into soon to be husband and wife. Gabe shares: " I loved Nicole's confidence right away as well as her intelligence. She was open about wanting something meaningful and that just oozed confidence to me. Nicole has an amazing sense of humor and huge heart. She fits SO much in her big brain that I just love. Her love of pop culture and a strategically placed sir mix a lot quote sealed the deal for me! JUNE 2022 If you know Gabriel, You know that he is selfless, he doesn’t make a big deal out of his birthdays. In fact, since Gabe and Nicole share birthdays just three days apart, Gabe is too often MORE than happy to give Nicole all the birthday spotlight. On this birthday however, Gabe had one special birthday wish he wanted. The best birthday gift Gabe would wish for was for Nicole’s hand in marriage. Having spent about a year planning, Gabriel had planned each detail. Having asked permission from Nicole’s grandmother Anne and family, Gabriel created a family heirloom having Nicole’s grandmother Anne’s wedding ring made into Nicole’s dream ring; A part of her grandmother. Nicole and Gabriel were on their shared yearly birthday vacation trip in June 2022, This year in beautiful Dominican Republic. Having planned a private beach front dinner for our birthdays, Gabe threw Nicole off the trail of any potential engagement predications by carrying the engagement ring in his glasses case the entire vacation! On June 14th, We walked onto the beach with a huge LOVE sign for our dinner. Surprise! Gabe could not even make it through the salad course before popping the question, Anxiously asking Nicole what she was doing for the next forty or fifty years to quote Rocky and to be his forever gift as his wife! Of course, Nicole said YES!!
