It is probably quickest to fly into Phoenix, Arizona and then fly from Phoenix to Flagstaff, Arizona. If you don't rent a car you can get around Flagstaff easily using Lyft or Uber.

It may be cheaper to rent a car at the airport in Phoenix and drive up to Flagstaff (a beautiful 2 hour drive). You can also take the airport shuttle from Phoenix up to Flagstaff. The shuttle has multiple stops including the Flagstaff Visitor’s Center which is right by the venue and several of the hotels listed.

We have reserved a hotel block so that guests who wish to stay at the venue can do so. The link will be active until September 11, 2024. This historic hotel opened in 1900 and is one of the greatest charms of our little downtown hosting the New Year's Eve Pine Cone drop every year.
