Travel Note
We recommend that guests find a hotel or rental property at or nearby the base of Keystone near River Run Village & the River Run Gondola. We will be staying at Lone Eagle Condominiums & The Timbers on River Run Condos. Please click the link & adjust the dates to find participating locations and reference our group code SKRKRW24 or mention Kordell/Reimer Wedding to get up to 20% off rates at time of booking. If you do not see an option on the link that you want, please call Summit Groups directly to make your reservation: 855-948-0696. Guests can also choose to find accommodations through Air BnB/VRBO or stay in the neighboring towns of Keystone such as Dillon/Silverthorne (~25 minute drive), Frisco (~30 minute drive) or Breckenridge (~35 minute drive). Note, Keystone offers complimentary shuttles for guests lodging within Keystone Resort who have booked under our special group code. Any guests staying outside of the group code (Hyatt, Air BnB, VRBO, Private residence) are encouraged to go to the River Run Village or Keystone Lodge & Spa to catch the shuttle if necessary.

For guests staying outside Keystone who plan to drive to our wedding weekend events, may park overnight for FREE in the River Run Gondola Parking Lot for convenient access to River Run Village and the River Run Gondola. Please check with your accommodations for other overnight parking options.
Flight
We recommend out of town guests fly into Denver International Airport (DEN). Travel time to Keystone from DEN is around 2 hours each way, depending on season and traffic. While flying into Eagle County Regional Airport is an alternative, it's worth noting that it's approximately a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Keystone, often comes with higher costs, and fewer transportation options to/from Keystone. If saving that 30-40 minutes is crucial to you and you're open to embracing the adventure, it might be worth considering.

Transportation recommendations: 1.) If you prefer flexibility and wish to avoid being tied to a set transportation schedule, especially if you plan to explore nearby hiking spots or mountain towns like Frisco or Breckenridge throughout the weekend, we recommend renting a car for optimal convenience. 2.) For those solely focused on enjoying the myriad activities within Keystone, such as hiking, horseback riding, or fishing, we recommend arranging shuttle rides to and from the airport using the special discount link provided for Epic Mountain Express transportation (group code VRMEWEDDINGS). Fresh Tracks Shuttle Service is also an option (freshtrackstransportation.com). While latter doesn't include discount code, recommend price comparing. Please be aware that rideshares like Uber or Lyft are scarce in the area, so relying on them isn't advised. Should you have any concerns about transportation from Keystone to specific destinations, your hotel or lodging provider can offer invaluable assistance in exploring alternative options, especially if you opt against renting a car.
