ATTIRE FOR WEDDING?
Answer
We'll be celebrating in Formal Attire! Western hats are encouraged all weekend! Ladies! Cocktail dresses, midi or long dresses are all appropriate. With the outdoor terrain and uneven surfaces, we recommend opting for flats, low block heels or cowboy boots. Gentlemen! Whether you opt for a tuxedo (optional) or a suit and tie, both are perfectly appropriate. We want you to feel comfortable! In June, Keystone weather can vary from a high of 65°F to a low of 40°F. We recommend bringing warm layers as it tends to get chilly in the evening! WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

You will enjoy a ~20 minute scenic gondola ride up to Timber Ridge Lodge! Our Ceremony begins at 4:30PM, please arrive at the base of the River Run Gondola an hour early (3:30PM).

PARKING FOR WEDDING?
Answer
For guests staying at Vail Resort properties, complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the base of Keystone (River Run Gondola) is available upon request. Non-Vail Resort property guests are responsible for arranging their transportation to the base of Keystone (River Run Gondola). Free parking at the River Run Gondola Parking Lot is available for those with rental cars. If you're staying off-site without a car, consider carpooling or reaching out to your lodging host or front desk for transportation options. Keep in mind that Uber/Lyft availability is limited, so plan accordingly. Everyone will enjoy a scenic gondola ride to our venue!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We've arranged for a fantastic photographer to capture all the fun moments on our special day. Just a friendly reminder to be mindful of when you're snapping your own pics with your phones. Let's all enjoy the event together, knowing we'll have some awesome professional shots to remember it by! Thank you for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN INVITED TO THE WEDDING CEREMORY & RECEPTION?

While we adore the little ones in our lives, we have made the decision to host an adults-only wedding ceremony & reception. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements for your children during the event, as we are unable to accommodate them at the venue. We hope that you are able to enjoy your night off!
