Going to zoos is always on our to do list when we visit somewhere new. We loved the Phoenix zoo. If you're an animal lover and want to get some steps in...this is the place.
Kyle raved about this diner & to be honest Kim was a bit skeptical. Their first time eating here together was after climbing camelback in 98 degree weather. It was a 10/10 well deserved meal.
This was both our initial wedding venue. After visiting, it did not give full "in the middle of nowhere/desert vibes". Although absolutely beautiful, it was not for us. We definitely recommend everyone visiting. Not only is it educational but it's breathtaking.
Probably our favorite breakfast/brunch spot ever!!! Fame does not disappoint. From the coffees to the food...everything is phenomenal.
We came here for the tacos for two reasons: 1. phenomenal reviews 2. the meats were charcoal grilled so the taste *chef's kiss*. This taco shop is 100% authentic. You order your tacos upfront. They ask if you want cilantro & onions (say yes) & then you wait for a few minutes (they are fast). You get your tacos and then walk over to the fixings station were you'll find different salsas and pickled jalapenos/veggies. We loved this place would def. recommend.
We love going to farmer's markets whenever we travel. It's a great way to get immersed in the community's culture. We mostly go for the food and artisanal goodies. We particularly loved this one. You can find anything from chef demos and food stands to doggie collars and fresh produce. All Arizona local businesses. Check it out. (also super dog friendly <3)
