Kim and Kyle actually met in high school. Two nerdy kids is many AP and honor classes together. They grabbed Wang's sushi a few times, studied during lunch time on some occasions and both got accepted into TCNJ. They ended up touring the college together for accepted students day...but they were JUST FRIENDS.
During their time in TCNJ, they did their own thing. They would run into each other on campus and obviously get excited to see each other but they drifted a bit. Kyle graduated and Kim was still in college when they finally reconnected. Kim's sorority and Kyle's fraternity were having a Purim mixer with the theme: dress like your first initial. Kyle works for his fraternity and was visiting on business matters but texted Kim to make sure she would be at the party. Throughout the night, Kim was all giggles and Kyle was all laughs. They reconnected. Since then, they texted everyday...as FRIENDS. It wasn't until Kyle invited Kim to his fraternity's formal (he was going back to give an award as an alumni) when they realized perhaps they were meant to be more than just friends.
Few months later, they started dating long distance since Kyle worked in Indianapolis. It was not easy but the time apart only made them stronger. When Kyle moved back, they moved into their first apartment together and 18 months later when their lease was up...they became homeowners. Then COVID changed everyone's world. Quarantine made them form a stronger bond together even as they grew as separate people. Through ups and downs, high and lows...they stood by each other's side. They formed a family with their fur children Gabby (RIP), Dolce (RIP), Coco (Kim adopted him without Kyle knowing - oopsies) and later Josie (again, Kim adopted her without Kyle knowing - double oopsies) and made tons of memories together. (They added a new pup named Hamilton on 11/10/2022 to their family).
After quarantine, their friends Lynsie and Terry invited them to vacation with them in Cancun. With their help, Kyle was able to plan the proposal (shout out to Lynsie & Terry)...Kim was clueless and obviously said yes. Now, Kim and Kyle invite you to join them in the desert to make it official on their wedding day. They hope you can make it.
