Dressy-Casual with a hint of Country/Western. We do encourage our guests to wear their boots as we and some of our wedding party will be wearing ours. We do also ask that if you wear jeans there not be any rips and if you wear dresses and skirts that are short/have a slit that you do wear shorts underneath since there will be children. Thank you!
There will be a bar, it will not be an open bar. We ask that if you decide to bring your own drinks none of them be glass bottles as the venue only allows glass bottles to be behind the bar. If you are caught with a glass bottle you will be kindly asked to throw it away if you refuse we will kindly request that you leave as we wish to follow the restrictions of our venue. Thank you.
If you are bringing a guest that has not been accounted for we ask that you ask us first as we are limited on the capacity of the venue and with catering staff as well as venue staff we want to be sure we are not over venue capacity for safety reasons.
We know it has become popular for kid-free weddings to take place, but we will not be having one as we have several kids from both sides of the family that we would love to have to celebrate this special day with us. If you are bringing a kid we would like to say the venue does have a small playset near the building as well as a wide open area for them to run. We do ask if your kid leaves the building that you are with them and or watching them as the venue does have a pond that is also not too far from the building.
We do not plan to have a cocktail hour between the Ceremony and Reception. After the ceremony before the reception, there will be plenty of time for you! Toft's is great for a small snack there are also Subway's and McDonald's not too far from the Church. Need an Activity? You can stop by Jackson Street Pier, take a walk Downtown, Stop by Castalia Quarry for photos and a walk and more.
