Semi-Formal and Dressy Casual. Please avoid wearing white, sage, or beige. Men are welcome to wear jeans and a nice button up.
Please arrive early. The doors will shut at 4:55 and remain closed until after the ceremony. We are excited to host you for dinner. However, if you would like more than two (alcoholic) drinks, please bring cash or a credit card for our partial cash bar service.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
The ceremony will take place outdoors. The weather forecast for this date predicts warmer weather throughout the day and cooler weather in the evening. Guests are advised to bring a jacket if needed.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Please enjoy some fresh fruit and our chocolate fountain as a pre-game snack before dinner. Everyone is welcome to mingle, use the photo booth, sign our guest book, and enjoy a drink, or two while the bride and groom take photos.
6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
Find your seat and get ready to dig into a buffet-style dinner. Toasts/Speeches will be given towards the end of dinner. Cake-cutting tradition to follow.
7:45 pm - 11:00 pm
All guests and belongings must be out of the venue by 10:59 pm per venue ordinances.
8:00 pm - 8:15 pm
Father and Daughter Dance, Mother and Son Dance, and The First Dance.
8:45 pm - 9:15 pm
Please join us for the traditional money dance, garter toss, and bouquet toss. All you single men and women out there please join in on the tosses. Don't be Shy!!
10:30 pm - 10:45 pm
Grab some flower petals and get ready to say goodbye and help send off the Bride and Groom!
