HOW THEY MET They met in 2019 while playing softball in a league. The first time Terina saw Kenley she told her best friend “I’ll be the Barbie to his Ken”. Little did Terina know, Kenley heard her say that. They had been friends for a little over a year when they started dating on March 10, 2020. Being from two different lifestyles and age groups, Kenley’s friends would always ask him where they met. His response was always “I was at the wrong place at the right time”. Now we know it was God’s Will and path for us all along. THE PROPOSAL After a little under four years the proposal came. On December 12, 2023, in Breckenridge, Colorado Kenley asked Terina to marry him. They were sledding down a hill when Kenley surprised her by popping the question. At the bottom, while Terina was recording everyone coming down, Kenley was making his way towards her. When she finally finished the video and grabbed her stuff to head up the hill again Kenley stopped her in her tracks. He walked up to her kissed her then dropped to his knee. He had the ring under his gloves wrapped around his pinky finger. He popped the question, and of course, she said “yes” while dropping her sled and throwing her gloves. LET’S CELEBRATE They are so excited to start this next chapter of their lives together, and can’t wait to see you all in October.
