Welcome Party

This event is casual! Wear whatever you want, ya animals!

We're excited to welcome all of our guests traveling near and far to come eat, drink and be merry with us one last time before we tie the knot. The duckpin bowling lanes will be open and available for those who want to try their hand, but bowling is certainly not required. We will have assorted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light hors d'oeuvres. The entrance is at the corner of Virginia, Shelby, and Prospect. You'll see a neon "Duckpin Bowling" sign above the door. The space we have reserved is downstairs in the basement. There's an elevator and stairs just inside the door.

Bus Pick-Up and Drop-Off at Hyatt Regency Hotel

4:15 pm - 11:30 pm

For guests staying at the reserved hotel block at the Hyatt Regency (or guests who would rather hitch a ride instead of drive/park in Fountain Square), we will have a bus to take you to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. The first pick-up will be around 4:15 pm at The Hyatt Regency. If needed, the bus can make more than one trip from The Hyatt Regency to Fountain Square Theatre for the ceremony. Drop-offs will also be made periodically throughout the evening to return guests from Fountain Square Theatre back to The Hyatt Regency.
