Which airport do I fly into? / Które lotnisko jest najbliżej?

Answer

We advise flying into Salt Lake City International Airport. The airport is located 20 minutes from the hotels and 25 minutes from our venue. Zalecamy podróż na międzynarodowe lotnisko SLC. Znajduje się ok. 20 minut od hoteli i 25 minut od miejsca ślubu.

Where should I stay? Is there a room block? / Gdzie powinniśmy zamieszkać?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks. Both hotels are near each other. We have a block at Residence Inn and Hyatt Place in Salt Lake City/Cottonwood. Identify yourself as part of the Mauer/Oleksiak Wedding Block at either hotel. If you prefer, there are many other hotel options and Airbnb’s in the area. Answer

There is free parking for hotel guests at both Hyatt Place and Residence Inn. Zarówno w Hyatt Place, jak i Residence Inn dostępny jest bezpłatny parking.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have the Hyatt shuttle and a bus leaving from the parking lot between the Hyatt and Residence Inn at 4:15 pm. The school bus will also make two trips back to the hotel at the end of the night, one at 10:15 pm and one at 11:15 pm.

Is there anything I should know for getting around Salt Lake City on the day of the wedding?

Answer

The two hotels we have a room block with offer a free shuttle to our venue for the ceremony. There will be a shuttle that brings everyone back to our hotels at the end of the night. Ubers are another option for getting around.

Where do I park for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There is room to park at the venue and parking is free. The road you take into the Millcreek Canyon for our event has a fee upon exiting. The venue will provide guests that have driven themselves with a pass that can be used to exit without the fee. We will also have a shuttle that can take guests staying at both hotels to and from the venue. There will be two trips to the venue and two trips back. The first shuttle will leave for the venue at 4 pm and the second will leave at 4:30 pm. The first shuttle will leave the venue for the hotels at 10 pm and the second will leave at 11 pm.

There is ample parking along either side of Millcreek Canyon in front and next to Millcreek Inn.

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We hope you take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate! We thank you for your understanding.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire.
