Lots of Options from Easy to Expert
THE RIVER TRAIL - The San Miguel River Trail follows the San Miguel River through the length of the town of Telluride. This is the perfect strolling and jogging path with unbeatable views of the box canyon. BRIDAL VEIL TRAIL - 1.2 miles each way. Soak in the view of multiple waterfalls that lead to the state's longest free-falling waterfall - Bridal Veil Falls. *JUD WIEBE MEMORIAL TRAIL - The trailhead is just a few blocks away from the New Sheridan Hotel. The Jud Weibe is a moderate to difficult 3.7 mile hike that offers sweeping, birds-eye views of the town of Telluride and valley. *BEAR CREEK FALLS - 4-mile round trip hike that typically takes about 1 hour to reach the falls. VIA FERRATA - Not for the faint-hearted. We highly recommend utilizing one of Telluride’s guides to tackle the trip. MORE: www.telluride.com/activity/hiking
