GETTING THERE: Flying: Pittsburgh Airport -It is still about 3 hours drive to Snowshoe from Pittsburgh. Please see below for shuttle information if interested. Must be set up ahead of time. Driving from Cincinnati/NKY -We recommend taking the AA in Kentucky through Ashland, Beckley, WV, and Marlington, WV. - Route 32 through OH is also an option through Elkins, WV. This route is considered "harder" on those who get car sick easily. From Detroit - The best route for you is the toll-free one through Elkins, WV. We recommend setting up your GPS early as there are frequent dead spots and reception will be lost while driving up the mountain.

This is where the all of the weekends events will be at, including the ceremony and reception. The best part about this place is the VIEW! Check it out above! Attached to the boutique hotel is 2 restaurants and a bar. It is also walking distance to the Western Territory ski area, the best part of Snowshoe in our opinion. If you're not wanting to ski, it's a short walk to the village for shopping, entertainment, an indoor/outdoor pool, Starbucks, and restaurants/bars, among other activities.
