Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We understand this may be a vacation for some families and you may wish to bring them to the mountain, however, we ask that you leave them behind during wedding festivities so everybody can relax and let their hair down to enjoy our weekend with us. There is a Nanny service available, please see other FAQ.

Is there a Nanny service?

Answer

Granny the Nanny is available for hire to come to your hotel room! There is also a daycare option that we are working on information. Granny the Nanny Text 317-431-0930 $25/hr for the first child, $10 for each additional child. 4 hour minimum. Please reach out to us if you have more questions or want more information on Granny the Nanny.

When should I book my hotel stay?

Please book before February 13th, 2025 in order to get the discounted rate for our wedding.

Renting a car?

Answer

Just a reminder that if you are renting a car, get one that is all-wheel or four-wheel drive as the mountain is rough and the weather could change at any moment.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Snowshoe is known for having very raw weather and remember that you are at 4848' elevation. It is always cool at night even in the summer. We recommend waterproof gear for skiers, it is the east coast, after all, and it will be spring skiing. It can also be windy in the Village if you plan on going there.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are asking that you refrain from using your phone during the ceremony. We hired a professional for this and just want everybody to be in the moment with us.

Make sure you are not speaking to the call center as they tend to make wedding bookings difficult. The discount code is SAVE10. Please book before 02/13/2025 to guarantee a rate.
