Attire: Casual. Think dinner out with friends (nice jeans are fine)! Both the bride and groom will be in (elevated) pants. (This is beer and tacos, after all.) The brewery is next to the water, so we highly recommend packing a sweater and jacket for the event.
Join us for a classic San Diego combo: beer and tacos! Our welcome party will be held at Eppig Brewing Waterfront Biergarten in Point Loma. We'll have Eppig beer, seltzer, wine, tacos courtesy of ¡SALUD TACOS!, and cornhole. Transportation will be provided to the welcome party from La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla (1132 Prospect St, La Jolla, CA 92037). Buses will depart La Valencia promptly at 5:15, 5:30, and 6:30 p.m. Return buses will depart Eppig Brewing for La Valencia Hotel at 8:15, 9:00, and 9:20 p.m. Please note that the brewery is largely outside on the water, so dress warmly as it's likely to get chilly! The brewery does not have a liquor license, so we hope you'll enjoy beer, wine, or seltzer instead.
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Attire: Semi-formal. Please see more details on the FAQ page! The ceremony and dinner will take place outside on grass, so non-stilettos may be best. Please dress warmly or bring a warm layer, as it's likely to get cold!
Transportation will be provided from La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla (1132 Prospect St, La Jolla, CA 92037) to the ceremony. Buses will depart promptly at 3:40 and 4:10 p.m. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Scripps. Following the ceremony and reception, buses will depart from Scripps to La Valencia at 9:00, 9:30, and 10:00. For those joining us for the after party at Hennessey's following the reception, the 10:00 p.m. buses will drop off first at Hennessey's, before making one final stop at La Valencia.

If you want to keep the party going, join us at Hennessey's Tavern, an Irish pub in La Jolla with nightly live music. Hennessey's is within walking distance of most of the recommended hotels. Transportation back from the reception will detour past the bar for anyone who wants to hop off and join. We have a room reserved in the back and will have some late night snacks available. St. Patrick's Day starts that night at midnight!
