In order to be fully prepared for your upcoming
travels, please note that Mexico requires an entry
tax called Visitax for travelers entering the state of
Quintana Roo. You can pay online at the VISITAX
Website before your trip. This tax (around $17 USD
per person) supports tourism in the area.

Hotel Xcaret Shuttle
As part of the All-Fun Inclusive concept, round-trip airport (CUN) transportation is included in your booking. You only have to board one of the Hotel Xcaret buses that are waiting in the four terminals at Cancun’s International Airport. Please share your flight information with Vanessa so she can arrange your transportation.
