Can I stay for only two nights?

Answer

No, there is a minimum of a 3-day stay between Feb 6th - Feb 9th 2025. The wedding is on Friday Feb 7th 2025!

Can I book a single room?

Answer

Yes, however the more people in one room will be a cheaper cost if you'd like to bunk up! Hotel Xcaret has a 3 adult maximum per room. If you are looking to book a room with 4 people, please be advised that one of the travelers must be a child (under the age of 12 years old on the date of arrival).

Can we stay off the resort and still attend the wedding and welcome party?

Yes! Please contact Kayle or Vanessa so we can make sure we have your name for day passes.

Dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We are on vacation! We welcome you to wear whatever makes you comfortable, and encourage lots of color. Please refrain from wearing hot pink and orange as these will be the colors of the wedding party.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Once you exit baggage claim you will look for designated Hotel Xcaret staff who will he holding a sign and wearing pink shirts. They will escort you to a private airport lounge where you can relax with food/drinks while you wait for a free shuttle to take you to the resort. Hassle free!
