Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time of 4:00pm in order to be seated appropriately beforehand. Guests who arrive later than 3:45 may not be granted access to attend the ceremony space. ***There is construction on the road to get to Willow Oaks, we recommend leaving a little earlier to arrive on time***

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot available upon entrance at the venue. You may also leave your vehicle in the lot overnight if you wish, but Willow Oaks is not responsible if damage should occur to your vehicle while left unattended. There may be some traffic on Forrest Hill on your way in due to construction. Please give yourselves a few extra minutes to arrive to the venue!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. Floor or mid-length formal dresses and suits are encouraged. Please avoid wearing whites, ivories, reds, or jeans.

Do I Need to Bring Anything?

Answer

Nope! Just your dancing shoes and an empty belly. We will have lots to eat and an open bar, so please come ready to have a good time! We also recommend sorting out a ride home prior to arriving to the venue to ensure you get home safely. (Ex: carpool, Uber, Lyft, etc)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We also ask that you leave the kids at home for this event, and appreciate your understanding.
