When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is September 1st, 2023. Please submit your response whether you are able to attend or not.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We invite you to RSVP online at our link below, via Zola. Our RSVP page can be found via the RSVP tab in this website's menu bar.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

If you wish to gift us, we are asking for donations to our Honeymoon and Newlywed Fund in lieu of physical gifts. However, your presence will be the ultimate gift! Our Registry page can be found via the Registry tab in this website's menu bar.

What is the address for the venue? Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Hazelnut Farm. The address for the venue can be found on the Schedule page of this website's menu bar. There is also ADA compliant access.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30pm EST.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire is encouraged. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, please plan accordingly.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Short answer, yes. All of our single guests have a plus one option. If you have been invited to the wedding as a pair, you may bring another guest only as replacement if one of your pair is unavailable.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Short answer, yes. This is not a child-free wedding, however, please mind our plus one policy when considering bringing your children. If your child has not been specifically invited, they may attend as your plus one. We apologize in advance for not being able to accommodate everyone.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For the convenience of our out-of-town guests, we have reserved Hotel Blocks at two locations. Hotel Block information can be found on the Travel page of this website's menu bar.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are unfortunately unable to provide transportation to and from the hotels to venue. However, Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky and has plenty of app-based ride service options.
