Welcome Party at 4 Eagle Ranch

Join us for drinks, light bites, music, and games at one of our favorite ranches in the Vail Valley. 4 Eagle Ranch is a 25-minute drive from Vail Village, and we're providing bus transportation to and from the event! Two buses leave Vail Transportation Center (top floor) at 2:30 PM sharp and will pick up at 4 Eagle at 6 PM. You can drive yourself and park at 4 Eagle if you happen to have a car. You can also reserve a taxi but it will be on the expensive side, so we recommend making the bus and bringing a drink for the road! For the Wedding Party, the Rehearsal Dinner will start at 6 PM at 4 Eagle, directly following the Welcome Party.

The Main Event

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.

Meet at the base of Gondola One at 3:30 PM to ascend to the 10th on Vail Mountain. The 10th is located in mid-Vail, which is at the top of the Gondola. Gondola One ascends more than 2,000 feet from Vail Village to mid-Vail. It's a scenic ride, with flower-filled meadows, mountain vistas, and (if you're lucky) wildlife! When you reach the top of the gondola, The 10th will be directly in front of you with a short path to the entrance. The ride is around 15 minutes long and we'd like to have all guests at The 10th by 4 PM, with the ceremony starting shortly thereafter. The gondola will be open for our private use all evening. To return to Vail Village, just head back over to the gondola entrance for a short ride down the mountain. If you are driving in from outside of Vail Village, please park at Vail Transportation Center (or Solaris next door if the Vail lot is full--rarely happens but it's possible). Allow 10 minutes to walk from the parking structure to Gondola One.
