Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending our final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you'll be missed!

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your RSVP. When you go to RSVP tab, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If your children are attending we ask that you make accomodations past a certain time frame during the night so you are able to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Yes! The dress code is semi-formal. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans or white, obviously. Please keep in mind ceremony is outside in a garden, cocktail hour and reception are inside. Prepare for fall weather in Nashville average mid 70's during the day and low 50's at night.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. Please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45pm for start time at 5pm. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know or we think you would get along with.
We understand things happen, but we ask if you are late you will need to wait until the ceremony is over out of respect for us and the rest of the guests. If this happens, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception so hang tight and we will see you then. Thank you for understanding!

No, we got it covered and selected songs for the whole night. Just be ready to have a blast with us.
We will not be providing car service, but there are plenty of ride share options. Downtown to the venue is about 15 min.
Yes, there is guest parking, but if by chance you leave your car at the venue overnight there is a $75 fee. We suggest taking ride share (Uber or Lyft) so you can enjoy the night with us and be safe getting home.
Meet back at the Hilton hotel lobby by 10:45pm for a night out on the town
