Question

Do I need my ID?

Answer

YES! You must bring a valid form of identification to show to bartenders at both the Welcome Drinks and at throughout the wedding. It is required by our bartenders.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

As soon as possible! July 17th is the deadline. Please RSVP on our website even if you have verbally told us.

Question

What if I can’t come?

Answer

We will miss you! If you, or your designated plus one, can’t make it to the wedding, please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, but only if their name is on the invitation. Unfortunately, the venue does not have space for additional plus ones. If your designated plus one can't come, a different guest cannot be added. If you want to confirm that someone is invited, just text or email us!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3:30-3:45 p.m. MT. The ceremony will start right at 4 p.m. MT, so please come and grab a seat before then.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony and after party?

Answer

No, our preferred hotels are all a 10-minute walk from the venue or a 6-minute drive. We recommend using a rideshare company to ensure everyone has a good night and gets home safely. There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts to get you to and from the wedding and after party. You can ask your hotel if they can provide you with a shuttle to the Boise Depot for the wedding. There is limited parking at the venue and downtown Boise.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding and other events?

Answer

Yes, but it’s limited. For the wedding, there is a paved parking lot and a dirt parking lot on the sides of the Boise Depot. Parking in front of the venue will be closed Saturday. Security staff can help you find parking. However, we recommend using a rideshare company to ensure everyone has a good night and gets home safely. There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in Boise to get you wherever you need to be in a timely manner. Our preferred hotels are a 10-minute walk from the venue. There is also parking at the preferred hotels if you are staying there. There is street parking and parking structures throughout Boise for welcome drinks and exploring. There is free but limited parking at foothills trailheads and in the park for Sunday’s breakfast.

Question

Will there be food and alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Appetizers, dinner and drinks will be served following the ceremony. We will also have light snacks and complimentary drinks at the Welcome Drinks.

Question

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please include your food preferences when you RSVP on our website.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Schedule section of our website for more details.

Question

What’s the weather like in Boise?

Answer

Early September has average high temperatures around 85 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and lows in the 50s. Temperatures have hit the low 100s though, so be prepared for it to be hot and sunny! We usually have very dry heat. Sunset will be around 8 p.m. MT.
