By invitation only Wedding party and family will have transportation provided departing the Joule at 5 PM for the 5:30 PM rehearsal at HPUMC. Please meet in the lobby at 4:45 PM to catch the bus. For those not attending rehearsal, parking is available in the garage under the building. The entrance is on San Jacinto Street and will cost $1 after ticket validation. Take the garage elevator to the 1st or Ground Floor then there will be lobby ushers to show you where to go. If lost, take the elevator to the 49th Floor.
7:00 pm
Cocktail Attire
Buses will pick up at The Joule Hotel and transport guests to the ceremony departing at 6pm. Please meet in the lobby at 5:45pm to catch the bus. For those guests wanting to drive, please see church parking instructions on the FAQs tab.
7:45 pm - 11:45 pm
Immediately following the ceremony, buses will take guests to the reception venue. For those driving, guests may self-park in the Elm Street Parking Garage complimentary. This is directly across the street from The Room on Main. There will be a venue captain outside the front doors of the venue to help direct people to the parking garage as well as handing out the garage tokens to guests as they enter the venue. The distance between venues is 4.5 miles (~10 minutes). After reception, rideshare is encouraged or the Joule + Hampton is a short walk from the venue.
