There will be a trolley transporting guests to Bugeye Grill from the Hilton Garden Inn - it will run a loop between 7:15 pm and 9:15 pm for all Welcome Party guests who are staying at the Hilton or would like to leave their cars in the Hilton parking lot and take the trolley from there. It will begin running a loop between the Hilton, the Bugeye, and the Tiki Bar between 9:15 and 11:30 pm.
Shuttle
June 8, 2023 2:45 am - 10:00 pm
We will provide shuttles from both hotels to the venue. Shuttle #1 will depart the Hilton Garden Inn at 2:45 pm sharp for the venue. Shuttle #2 will depart the Home 2 Suites at 3:00 pm for the venue. We will also provide shuttles following the reception to both hotels and the after party as well! Both shuttles will depart the venue at 10 pm when the reception concludes.
Travel Note
Please note that rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are not plentiful in Southern Maryland - although you may get lucky! We recommend relying on our provided transportation shuttles or your own vehicles for getting to and from the venue.
