7:15 pm - 11:30 pm
There will be a trolley transporting guests to Bugeye Grill from the Hilton Garden Inn - it will run a loop between 7:15 pm and 9:15 pm for all Welcome Party guests who are staying at the Hilton or would like to leave their cars in the Hilton parking lot and take the trolley from there. It will begin running a loop between the Hilton, the Bugeye, and the Tiki Bar between 9:15 and 11:30 pm.
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails! We can't wait to see you!
2:45 pm - 10:00 pm
There will be charter buses shuttling guests from both hotel options. Please see the details below for the departure times from each hotel. Buses will shuttle guests back to the after party/both hotels at the conclusion of the wedding as well!
2:45 pm - 10:00 pm
The shuttle bus transporting guests to the wedding from the Hilton Garden Inn will depart at 2:45 pm sharp. Buses will transport guests back to both hotels/the after party at 10 pm when the reception concludes! Please note that the after party at the Ruddy Duck is in the same parking lot as the Hilton Garden Inn.
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The shuttle bus transporting guests to the wedding from the Home 2 Suites will depart at 3:00 pm. Buses will transport guests back to both hotels/the after party at 10 pm when the reception concludes!
