Through the heartbreak of canceling our wedding just a few weeks before, Mark and I decided to take back a little control and get married anyway! We planned our elopement for our original weekend with just a week and a half to get it together. We didn’t tell anyone, did what we could to make the day special, and don’t have any regrets at all about it! It was so fun to share with friends and family a few days later. We are still having a ceremony in front of our friends and family in October for our “we do redo”. We look forward to celebrating with you all after the wild year that 2020 has been.

Due to the high volume of couples forced to reschedule their weddings, we were given limited options for a new wedding date. We know that a Monday will be difficult for some friends, but hope that we can have everyone there to celebrate with us in October. Our ceremony is taking place outside, while the reception is in the large ballroom. There is an outdoor patio available for our guests to use as well. Dinner is a plated meal served by the staff at Springfield Manor. The venue has implemented safe practices with employee masking and frequent cleaning during our event. Mark and I will be providing masks and hand sanitizer at the reception. As always, if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19 please do your part by celebrating with us from home. After celebrating my brothers marriage, Mark brought us to the beautiful Mount Washington Hotel for a weekend getaway. The very first night on the terrace as the sun went down, he asked me to be his wife. We couldn't be more excited to celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives with our favorite people!
