Question

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

The hotel is rustic lodging located about halfway up the mountain, and is easily accessible via the main road. There can be limited cell signal on the mountain, so Uber and Lyft cannot pick up or drop off from the hotel. There is a restaurant, cafe and bar in the hotel, but there is no gas station on the mountain. We will be about 20 minutes from the closest suburb with plenty of gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There are plenty of rental car options in Las Vegas, but we will be providing options for group transportation closer to the event as needed. If you would like help coordinating rides, please message Katelyn and JD, or email us at newbergthiemann@gmail.com.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, followed by an indoor reception. Please expect temperatures on the mountain to be about 20 degrees colder than in Las Vegas.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Think dress shirts with slacks or khakis, jumpsuits, cocktail dresses or sundresses. Blazers and ties are welcome. Tuxes and gowns aren't necessary.

Dinner will be buffet style, but if you have a special restriction please let us know! There will be vegan options upon request.
