When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once you have received your formal invitation, please RSVP through the wedding website no later than July 20th.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children during our wedding. We politely request that only the people listed in the invitation be present. Please enjoy a night of celebration with us, kid free!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We politely request that only the people listed in the invitation be present. If your invitation includes a guest, you will be prompted to give their information at the time of RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Guests are welcome to use amenities inside the Grand Ballroom cocktail lounge area while they wait. Please find your seats before 4pm.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and on silent throughout the ceremony. We encourage everyone to be in the moment with us and let the photographers do all the work! Photos and video are more than welcome at the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please be prepared to sit outside for the duration of the ceremony (weather permitting). Cocktail hour and reception will follow indoors.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony will be moved indoors to the Grand Ballroom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at The Villa where you will be directed to the outdoor ceremony location, followed by a short walk to the Grand Ballroom reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bar will be open through the cocktail hour and reception for a limited time, after which it will transition to a cash bar. Please note the bar is cash only, but there is an ATM on site.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note any allergies and dietary restrictions in your online RSVP. This includes allergies and vegetarian/vegan requests, etc. We will follow up with you promptly to make sure you are accommodated.
