All wedding events will take place at the hotel. We have reserved a block of rooms from Thursday, January 30 - Sunday, February 2 at a preferred rate. If you wish to extend your stay, the hotel will also honor our rate 3 nights before and after our room block. *The hotel requires wedding guests to stay for a minimum of 3 nights in order to secure our preferred rate. To secure this rate, which includes guaranteed availability and room category selection, we highly encourage guests to book as soon as possible. Flight

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN) located ~45 minute drive away. We will be covering the transportation costs to and from the airport for guests arriving Thursday and departing Sunday. **If you are arriving on Thursday and/or departing on Sunday, please email andrewkarlywedding@gmail.com with your flight information including airline, flight number, passenger name(s), and arrival/departure times. We will get back to you with the transportation details closer to February. Please let us know this before December 1st otherwise you will be responsible for your own transportation.** If you are arriving and/or departing on days other than Thursday and Sunday, you should book your transportation. There are a lot of companies that offer these services. Some of the ones we have found with competitive rates include Nexus Tours, USA transfers, eTransfers, and Happy Shuttle Cancun.
