Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as possible! Being able to plan and accommodate each guest is very important for the brides to be. If you’re unaware at the time, we would like an answer approximately 5 weeks before the wedding in order to fill in our exact catering requests.

How long will the event be?
Answer
Guest are expected to arrive at 4:30 and the reception will close at 9:30. There will be printouts of the wedding timeline available before the ceremony.

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
We are asking guest to arrive at the venue between 4:30-5pm. The ceremony will begin at 5pm sharp, and late guest will not be allowed in the venue until after the ceremony is finished.

Who is taking who’s last name?
Answer
We are actually making a new family name for us becoming a family. Our family name will be Love, Kara will change her name to Kara Darlene-Yarbrough Love and Bailey will change her name to Bailey Bryanne-Buckingham Love.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “(Your name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to “The (Your Last Name) Family” if your children have been invited and “(Your Name & Your Significant Others Name)” if only you and your partner have been invited.

My Child Has Been Invited, Do I Need To Bring Food/Entertainment For Them?

We are providing food, drinks, and desserts that are suitable for kids 16 months and up.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We are providing gluten free dinner and dessert options. If you have additional allergies or questions about the ingredients in food please text Kara at 707-347-6051. Please make sure to include your name in the text as well as your question!

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?
Answer
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivories, and creams.

Are there any colors that are encouraged to be worn?
Answer
If you would like to match our wedding colors, please wear jewel tones. An example of jewel tone colors can be seen on the top of the FAQ page.

Will The Wedding Be Indoors Or Outdoors?
Answer
Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors and take approximately 30-45 minutes and the reception will be all indoors. Please dress weather appropriate, because we would hate for our guest to be uncomfortable.

Am I Allowed To Take Photos At The Wedding?
Answer
We have requested that photos only be take before and after the ceremony. We will have an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask that all guest turn electronics completely off once the ceremony has started. We will have a wonderful photographer, videographer, and designated guest who will take photos and videos during the ceremony.

Can I Post Wedding Photos On Social Media?
Answer
Yes! Please make sure to tag the happy couple in all photos posted! Kara and Bailey love seeing people express their excitement.
