I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have food options available for the following dietary needs: - gluten free - vegan - dairy free If you need specific accommodations outside of those listed above, please contact Jen or Dan directly.

Are kids and/or pets welcome?

Answer

No pets - however kids are welcome. There will not be separate meals for children, however we will have a buffet style dinner that will allow you to choose different options. If your child is particularly picky, please plan to bring your own food. If you need special arrangements for refrigeration, please contact Jen or Dan directly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking, but space is limited. We ask that you park in designated areas and consider taking the shuttle from the hotel or carpooling/taking uber/lyft if you live locally.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle from the designated hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, informally. Please do not wear jeans. Otherwise, wear what you would wear to a garden party. It is highly recommended to wear comfortable/stable shoes - the venue is a campground with uneven footing.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm. Please arrive prior to that, to allow yourself time to park and get settled.

Are photos allowed

Answer

Please do not have your cameras out during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and would like to let her do her job. However, feel free to take photos at any other time, keeping in mind to not block the views of others.
