Welcome Event

This event is in a rustic environment. Please wear comfortable clothes and stable shoes.
All out of town guests are welcome to attend. Dinner will be provided buffet-style, with beer and wine options. Enjoy yard games, catch up with friends and family, and feel free to stick around later in the evening for a bonfire - think backyard barbecue vibes. If you are choosing to camp on site, this is a great opportunity to set up your tent and get settled in.
Camping - Friday Night

Please note, there are only a few basic cabins on site - if you would like to make use of one of these please contact us directly. If you are interested in camping on site and are willing to bring your own tent, please RSVP here so we can get a rough headcount. There are basic campground-style showers and toilet facilities on site, and plenty of space to set up tents. This is for our reference only, and we will not hold you to your decision if you change your mind later and decide to stay elsewhere instead - we just ask for a quick heads up if you do change your mind!

Wedding
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Please, no jeans. Otherwise, wear any attire you feel comfortable wearing for an outdoor ceremony and reception with rustic pathways.
The ceremony will begin at 4pm, with light drinks beforehand and a cocktail hour and dinner reception to follow. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and you're welcome to hang out around the fire with us until we get tired and turn in for the night. Our goal is to have a comfortable gathering of friends and family, so if you need any specific accommodations please let us know and we'll do our best. We invite you to bring your children to the wedding, and they are welcome to join the dinner reception, but we do not have separate children's food available. However, there is a refrigerator on site if you need to bring specific items. Given that we will be providing an open bar, we also ask that our guests make safe choices regarding drinking and driving. Our venue has plenty of space if you would like to camp on-site and take driving off the table entirely, and there will be a shuttle to the hotel with the room-block. If you are staying elsewhere, please consider arranging transportation.
