Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love if we can get RSVP's by April 1st (or earlier for those who already know if they can or can't make it). We understand there might be extraneous circumstances making that deadline difficult, so if you will be unable to make a decision by then, please let us know!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30, with a cocktail hour and reception immediately following. Please try to arrive a few minutes early so we can get everyone seated and start the ceremony on time.

Can I bring a date?

While we’d love to include everyone, unfortunately our venue has a maximum capacity that limits who we are able to invite to the wedding. We want all of our friends and family to be able to come, which has made it difficult to give out +1's. We appreciate your understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! On your Ceremony & Reception RSVP, there is a place to put food allergies or dietary restrictions. There should be plenty of items free of common allergies/dietary restrictions, and a few items can be adjusted for individuals with certain dietary restrictions (Nut allergies, vegan, dairy-free, etc.)

There is plenty of parking at the Jordan Hotel, which is where both will be held.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Jordan hotel will be the location for an event Friday night, and both the ceremony and reception on Sunday, so that is definitely the most convenient location. All wedding guests will get a discount if they book at any of the hotels owned by Sunday River. See the "Travel" page for additional details. There are also a few motels and plenty of AirBNB options in the area.
