Flying to HHI

If you are flying to HHI you have a few options to consider for what airport to fly into. We would suggest checking all of these as some have better prices at times than others! Hilton Head (HHH) : HHI has it's own airport it is pretty small and you will likely have a quick layover. Charleston (CHS) : Julie's favorite city and a 2 hour drive to HHI Savannah (SAV) : Charming waterfront town in Georgia and a quick 30-40 min drive to HHI Atlanta (ATL): Often great flight prices from BWI. 3 hour drive to HHI

Travel Note

Driving to HHI

The drive from Baltimore to Hilton Head is about 9 hours. We like to drive about 5.5 hours to Fayetville, NC at night, (a lot of great inexpensive hotels to stop at) and then in the morning drive to rest of the 3.5 hours to HHI!

House Or Rental

Airbnb

There are many great Airbnbs in the area. The neighborhood that the wedding is in is called "Shipyard Estate" but all neighborhoods are close. All areas are equally as beautiful and each offers unique dining and shopping experiences. Please ask Julie or Pete any questions you have about booking a rental house!

Rental Car

We highly suggest renting a car to get around the Island.

HHI is very friendly for bicycling and walking! All roads have designated biking and walking paths. However, if you want to explore the entire Island we recommend renting a car.
