The Hilton Head beaches are BEAUTIFUL with soft sand and calm water. Depending on where you stay you might have access to private beach areas. But if you're looking for a public entrance our favorite is Burkes Beach.
There are so many amazing restaurants in Hilton Head. If this is your first time visiting you have to try some Low Country staples. Make sure you're on the look out for - hush puppies, oysters, she-crab soup, gumbo and jambalaya, and anything with Pimento cheese! and of course a Low Country Boil.
A great area where you can check out the water, light house, great shops and restaurants. (there is a $9 entrance fee to this estate, but there is a TON to do and see)
There are many different sunset cruises on the island! most of which you have the chance to see dolphins and other wild life. We love the ones by Salty Dog (Sea Pines Estate) and Sonny Charters inc
One of the best places on the Island! Amazing views, great food and drinks, and a fun laid back vibe! This place gets crowded quickly so make a reservation especially if you want to sit outside!
A great area with fun beach shops, clothing boutiques, and amazing restaurants (including the Frosty Frog). You can often catch live music at night time.
Live music, raw oysters, drinks on the water, a great way to experience the Low Country!
Known for their long list of frozen drinks this is one of Julie's favorite places! The menu is pretty casual and has something for everyone. This is a fun place to grab apps, sit outside and listen to the live music and of course get a few frozen drinks!
If you're in the mood for Italian, this is your place. Great pasta and wine, and the covered porch area has adorable views of the resident wild life that live on the property.
