Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm. We ask that you please arrive a few minutes early to get seated.
Yes. We ask that all guests adhere to a black tie optional dress code.
Women can wear cocktail or formal attire. Men can wear a suit or tux.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. The only children in attendance will be in the wedding party. We thank you for your understanding.

Yes! However, the venue does not allow overnight parking.
Yes! We will have transportation available to the ceremony and at the end of the night. It will depart from AC Hotel Downtown Fort Worth at 5pm and return at the same location immediately following the reception. Please note that there will be limited seating on the way to the ceremony. We suggest arriving early if you plan to ride it on the way there. We will have multiple trips going back to the hotel at the end of the night for all guests to enjoy. Lyft and Uber are easily available for those who do not wish to ride the shuttle. Parking is also available on site at the venue, but overnight parking is prohibited.
AC Hotel offers valet parking for guests at a rate of $30/day. Guests staying at the hotel or wishing to take the shuttle to the wedding may want to consider nearby parking garages in downtown Fort Worth. We suggest the following parking garages for their value and location in reference to AC Hotel: City Center Garage #2 at 400 Jones Street $3.00/ hour $15.00 maximum daily rate *** Free parking on weekday nights (M-F) after 6pm and all weekend 777 Main Parking Garage at 601 Commerce Street $3.00/ hour $12.00 maximum daily rate *** Free parking from 6pm - 12am Monday - Friday and from 10am-1am Saturday and Sunday West Garage at 113 W 6th Street $3.00/ hour $12.00 maximum daily rate (No free parking hours/days offered)

Our venue will follow all CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests. We will also do our best to provide supplies to help keep you safe on our special day, but recommend bringing your own PPE if you're concerned.
