What is the Dress Code?
Answer
Semi formal attire. A balance between elegant and comfortable. More relaxed than black tie, but more formal than a day wedding (floor length dress is not required). For gentlemen, a suit and tie. Mountain Chic shoes (think block heels). There is a short walk long a gravel path to the ceremony location; grass lawn for cocktail hour and reception festivities.

Is Transportation Provided for All Wedding Weekend Activities?

Wedding day transportation will be provided to Eaton Ranch. An early "return" trip will be offered for those guests who may prefer to retire early. Final end of the evening transportation will be provided at the conclusion of the reception. No personal vehicles will be permitted at Eaton Ranch. 3:45PM: Pick-Up for Wedding Guest Transportation to Eaton Ranch 4:00PM: STRICT Departure Time for Eaton Ranch FOR GUESTS RESIDING IN/NEAR VAIL: Pick-Up/Drop-Off Location #1: Vail Village Transportation Center - Upper Deck 241 S Frontage Road E, Vail, CO 81657 OR FOR GUESTS RESIDING IN/NEAR AVON & BEAVER CREEK: Pick-Up/Drop-Off #2: Bear Lot 32 Prater Road, Avon, CO 81620 Both pick-up and drop-off locations above offer free parking during the summer. Guests are highly encouraged to contact their hotel property regarding complimentary shuttle service to either Vail Village Transportation Center or Bear Lot. If your specific hotel does not offer complimentary shuttle service, the B&G recommend arranging for private transportation to/from either lot for the end of the evening. Rideshare Apps are not available in these mountain towns.
