When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline has been set to July 7th, 2023. Please ensure to let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies and if you have any song requests for the dance party.

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

Yes, most definitely. There will be a shuttle bus available for all guests to be transported from the Hilton Hotel in Gatineau Quebec to the venue at Adelina Barn. There will be limited parking available for guests at the venue so we ask that you utilize the shuttle transportation if possible. All details on the shuttle is available on the "accommodations and transportation" page.

Am I allowed to drive to the venue if I choose to?

Answer

Most definitely but we kindly ask that you let us know that you'll be requiring a parking spot when you send in your RSVP. Parking will be limited so this will ensure that we are readily available upon your arrival.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

A room block has been organized at the Hilton Lac Leamy hotel in Gatineau, Quebec under "Josee and Doug's Wedding". More information of booking a room is available on the "Accomodations and Transportation" page. What type of footwear is suggested?

Answer

Most of the wedding will be on grass. We suggest having comfortable footwear that has flexibility with uneven ground and that does not sink into soil.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or special diet options?

Answer

Yes, most definitely. When filling out your RSVP, please be sure to mark all dietary restrictions and allergies and we'll be sure to accommodate them.

Will the entire wedding be located outdoors?

Answer

Yes, most of the wedding will be outdoors. The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be al fresco - the dinner and reception will be located in the barn. We'll be sure to have sunscreen and bug spray readily available for guests. We highly recommend bringing warmer clothing as October nights can be cooler. Blankets, a fire pit, and coffee/tea bar will be available to keep everyone warm.
