As most of you know, we met on Tinder. Our first date was unlike any other.. It was love at first sight for the both of us. We laughed and talked all night over dinner and drinks. As the date was coming to an end, we both had the feeling that we had just met "the one". The rest, is history xox

We had plans to go out to dinner with family. Prior to dinner, the women got dressed up and went out for drinks. Little did I know, going out for drinks with my mom and sister in laws was just a distraction from the real plan. When we pulled up the driveway to "pick up the men for dinner", Douglas was standing in the front yard, at the end of an isle of candles with string lights in the trees above, waiting to ask me the most important question of his life. As soon as I realized what was happening, I became speechless and nervous in the best possible way. I walked up to the love of my life, and watched him get down on one knee. I was filled with shock and excitement. With a shaky, crying voice, I looked at him and said the easiest "YES!"

We decided for a number of reasons, we wanted to legally get married prior to our wedding. In December of 2021, we got married in Manchester, New Hampshire. We chose this location because it is the state where Douglas was raised. We were able to have an intimate moment together, as we tied the knot. But now, we are SO EXCITED to have a true ceremony surrounded with all those we love. We cannot wait to celebrate with all of you!
