When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Saturday, September 10th, 2023. We respectfully request that you RSVP via our website in order to make our lives easier :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to start at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving around 3:30pm in order to park and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/dressy-casual. We also strongly suggest you bring warm attire as we expect it will be fairly chilly. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor ceremony with uneven surfaces and terrain; prepare accordingly. Ideas for ladies: A below-the-knee dress; a dressy skirt and top; an elegant pantsuit. Ideas for men: A dress shirt and slacks or nice jeans; tie optional; full suits are not necessary.

Are kids welcome?

Due to the overall nature of the venue and event, we politely request the presence of adults only (other than the kids that are in the wedding party). Enjoy your night out! If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact Jordyn or Kenny. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

If you were given a plus one on your invitation, you may bring a date.

What do the cabins include?

Answer

The cabins come equipped with a flat screen TV with DirecTV, coffeemaker, microwave, small refrigerator, fireplace (Duraflame logs available for purchase), kitchen table, couch, and front and back patios. Feel free to bring your own coffee, snacks/food, paper plates/cups/utensils, and beverages (alcohol or otherwise)! :)

Are pets allowed in the cabins?

Yes, 2 pets per cabin, $55 per pet.

When can we check into the cabins?

4pm on Thursday the 12th.

Is there a restaurant on site?

Answer

Yes, there is a Tavern on site. They will be open 11am to 9pm on Friday and from 9am to 9pm on Saturday.
