Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please join us for our wedding ceremony at 4:00 pm.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Answer
The ceremony and reception spaces are both wheelchair accessible- there are no stairs to enter either space.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only, with the exception of the bridal party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time for the little ones so that you’re able to celebrate with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend that our guests stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Dickson City- Scranton using the room block and group code that we have provided. Please visit the “Travel” section of this website for further hotel information!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a free shuttle service available that will run from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dickson City- Scranton hotel to the venue (see “Travel” section of this website for further information on booking this hotel with the group code). Please designate on your RSVP if you will be utilizing the provided shuttle service. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There will be a parking area available at the venue for any guests that will not be lodging at the hotel after the event. We ask that guests staying at the hotel utilize the shuttle service for transportation to the venue.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Cars should not be left at the venue overnight- we ask that you please make arrangements to ensure that you and any accompanying guests are able to leave our event safely!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Answer
We would love for you to take photos and share them with us. However, please refrain from entering the aisle or blocking the photographer’s view to take photos during the ceremony and be mindful to allow the photographer to make her magic!

DUH! We can’t wait to break it down on the dance floor with all of you!

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see you in cocktail attire for our wedding!

What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer
Please avoid wearing stiletto heels, as our ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area. Chunky heels, wedges, or flats would be perfect!

How will food be served?
Answer
Food will be served buffet-style; please let us know if you have a food allergy/dietary restriction (gluten free, vegetarian, etc.).
